RedLamp is an app that controls your home lighting to help you sleep. Using IoT smart bulbs and the power of the internet, RedLamp changes the colour of your lights througout the day.
Your brain reads your local lighting conditions to track the time of day. Bright cool light (like daylight) stimulates the brain while warm low light (like firelight) allows the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone.
Using this information, RedLamp automates your home lighting to influence your sleep cycle. Fall asleep quicker and earlier, and wake up brighter and fresher.
